The Falmouth Youth Lacrosse Association (FYLA) is excited to open registration for the 2025 spring lacrosse season to all new and returning players in grades 2-6.  

The registration period will be from January 10 – March 1 — or until the teams are at capacity — so register ASAP.

Our program emphasizes lacrosse fundamentals, team play, sportsmanship, and FUN in a safe and competitive atmosphere. We welcome all beginner and experienced players to join!

Falmouth Youth Lacrosse is run by dedicated volunteers and coaches, so each family is expected to dedicate at least two hours to the program in the form of field lining, snack shack, LaxTails, and/or coaching. Please let us know if you are interested in coaching — no lacrosse experience required.

 

Youth  Program Schedule (subject to change):

• Outdoor Practices: Youth practices start the week of April 28th at Falmouth Community Park (assuming weather cooperates); the season will end in mid-June. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6:30pm at Falmouth Community Park.

• Games: Sundays starting May 4th for 3rd/4th & 5th/6th (games for 2^nd graders start weeks 3-6)

• Free Indoor Play Day, February 2nd 10:30-11:30am, Maine Athletic Complex: Introduce a friend to lacrosse and get some preseason touches! Look for more information and more preseason opportunities on half-day Wednesday clinics to follow.

Program Fee of $175 for 3rd-6th Grade and $100 for 2nd Grade DOES NOT includes game jersey (pinnie), which can be purchased during registration or handed down from past seasons. $25 late fee added after March 1.

All players must have an active US Lacrosse Membership ($35/player) through 6/30/25 — this is our insurance.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for Falmouth Middle School Lacrosse is handled through the Falmouth Schools at FMS Athletics.
